Description

• We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at our physical office in Alaba Market. You will be the face of the brand, engaging with walk-in customers and managing online inquiries to drive growth for our e-commerce and physical retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers at our Century Mall office, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations.
• Sales Conversion: Convert online and physical inquiries into confirmed sales to meet or exceed daily targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Inquiry Handling: Promptly respond to customer questions via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of daily sales transactions, issue receipts, and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Product Displays: Ensure the office/showroom is well-organized and products are appropriately displayed.

Key Requirements

• Location (Critical): Must reside within Ojo or very close to Alaba International Market to ensure early and consistent resumption.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the electronics or retail industry.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using smartphones, WhatsApp for business, and basic computer applications.
• Motivation: Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 per month.
