Job Title: Social Media Assistant
Locations: Preferably based near Sango Ota (for occasional onsite activities)
Work Mode: Hybrid – Mostly remote with occasional onsite support during trainings and events
Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Assistant to support our online presence and training operations.
- This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, communication, and personal development, and looking to gain practical experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, publish, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Assist with basic photography and videography during trainings and events when required
- Support the planning and coordination of online and onsite trainings
- Help promote trainings and assist with participant sourcing and registration
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong interest in social media, communication, and public speaking
- Basic skills in content creation and social media posting
- Resides near Sango Ota for easy access to occasional onsite activities
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
