Women Radio 91.7 is a female- centric Radio station for Women, children and their families. We aim to continue to create more female-centric programmes that will amplify the voice of women and foster national development.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Arepo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Operations:

• Act as a strategic right hand to CEO, managing priorities, workflows, and decision readiness.
• Own complex calendar management across multiple time zones, balancing short-term demands with long-term objectives.
• Handle high-stakes communications with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
• Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-ups for meetings and board sessions.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Track key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables across teams; proactively surface risks and bottlenecks.
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable next steps and ensure execution stays on track.
• Partner with leadership, finance, HR, legal, and external partners to move priorities forward.
• Support planning cycles, OKRs, quarterly reviews, and special projects.

Decision & Information Management:

• Synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, concise insights for executive decision-making.
• Maintain discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive matters
• Create systems to improve information flow, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Process Improvement & Special Projects:

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve executive and team effectiveness.
• Lead or support adhoc strategic projects as needed ,act as a culture carrier and ambassador for leadership values.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with years of work experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month
