Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Lead to manage and enhance our customer support operations in Agrospace Agritech Fintech.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee customer interactions, ensure service excellence, and contribute to building trust and loyalty among our clients, including smallholder farmers, agri-businesses, and financial partners.
  • The role involves developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, leading a team of support staff, and using digital tools to deliver seamless customer experiences tailored to the needs of the agricultural and financial sectors.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Agriculture, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Must be living in Ado-Ekiti or Akure.

Salary
N100,000 - N104,000 / month
