Job Title: Key Accounts Executive (Oncology)

Location: Lagos

Job Function

  • We are recruiting a results-driven experienced Oncology Medical Representative to aggressively grow premium anti-cancer brands across key Nigerian oncology centers.
  • This role is not for price sellers—it is for professionals who win with clinical value, patient journey partnership, stakeholder influence, and execution excellence.

Key Performance Areas

  • Drive sales growth and market share for premium oncology products.
  • Win adoption in teaching hospitals, oncology centers, and private specialist clinics.
  • Influence oncologists, pharmacists, nurses, and hospital decision-makers across the patient journey.
  • Execute high impact innovative strategy selling.
  • Execute high-impact detailing, CMEs, and scientific presentations.
  • Defend premium brands against low-priced generics and biosimilars using data and outcomes.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure availability, access, and pull-through.
  • Track performance using CRM, Excel, and digital tools.

Qualifications Required

  • B.Pharm or Life Sciences graduate (mandatory).

Experience and Skills Required:

  • 3–5+years oncology or specialty care sales experience in Nigeria.
  • Proven success selling premium-priced pharmaceutical brands.
  • Strong understanding of Nigeria’s oncology ecosystem (teaching hospitals, private oncology centers, patient journey, diagnostic challenges procurement processes).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and digital sales tools.
  • Territory ownership mindset with leadership potential.
