We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Ogodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand operational goals and provide HR solutions that support business strategy
• Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations issues
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making
• Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and HR best practices
• Coach and advise managers on leadership, team management, and conflict resolution
• Support change management initiatives and organizational restructuring
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is an advantage
• 5+ years HR experience with at least 2 years in a strategic HR or HRBP role
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Salary
N300,000 per month.
