Job Title: Head of Asset Management & Supply Chain

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Description

• The role is responsible for overseeing company operations, asset management, and supply chain activities to ensure efficient execution of short-, medium-, and long-term plans.
• The position includes managing business risks and opportunities, maintaining asset performance throughout their lifecycle, and supporting contracting, procurement, and logistics functions.
• The candidate will ensure operational reliability, asset integrity, and supply chain efficiency, while providing leadership to drive business objectives, support project delivery, and maintain continuityin line with regulatory and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• 10 –15 years of experience out of which 8 years would have been in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, LEAN, Six Sigma or equivalent are required.
• Advanced skills in data analyticsand ERP systems
• Proven leadership in large-scale operations, supply chain optimization, and full asset lifecycle management
• Experience managing expenditures andbudgets with strong financial and risk management expertise
• Solid understanding of oil and gas industry standards, regulations, and compliance
• Strong analytical andstrategic planning abilities.
