Overview

• The HSSE Coordinator will provide technical supportin the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of integrated Health, Safety, Security, Social, and Environmental management systems.
• The role involves conducting hazard identification, risk assessments, and compliance audits in line with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
• Responsibilities include preparing technical reports, developing policies and procedures, analyzing H3SE performance data, and facilitating the dissemination of H3SE requirements across multidisciplinary teams.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in risk management, data analysis, and H3SE governance, with the ability to drive a proactive culture of safety, security, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship.

Required Competency

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• NEBOSH Certification (Levels 1–3)
• 8–10 years of HSE experience, including 5 years in Oil & Gas
• Skilled in risk assessment, hazard identification, and job safety analysis
• Knowledge of emergency response, drills, and crisis management
• Experience with contractor HSE management, permit-to-work, and SIMOPS
• Familiar with emergency equipment inspection and certification
• Understanding of safety culture programs and behavioral-based safety initiatives
• Proficient in high-risk activity controls (confined space, work-at-height, hot work).
