Job Description
- The Water Treatment Plant Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining water treatment systems to ensure the supply of clean, safe, and compliant water for manufacturing processes.
- This role is critical in supporting production, environmental sustainability, and regulatory compliance, especially in food manufacturing where water quality directly impacts product safety.
About You
- Minimum of a National Diploma or Trade Test in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Water Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in water treatment operations, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Knowledge of water treatment processes, chemical handling, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and automated control panels is an advantage.
