Job Description

  • We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Relationship Sales Officer to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, promoting financial products, and building strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills and a solid understanding of financial products and services.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and acquire new clients (individuals and businesses)
  • Market and sell financial products such as loans, investments, and asset financing
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports

Who You Are

  • A motivated sales professional with strong negotiation skills
  • Experienced in financial services sales (banking, microfinance, fintech, or investment firms preferred)
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and performance-oriented
  • Knowledgeable about financial products and client acquisition strategies
  • Organized, proactive, and self-disciplined
  • 3–5 years relevant experience preferred.

  • Salary: N150,000 per month
