Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with bookings, reservations, and special requests.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Arrange transportation and other guest services.
- Ensure personalized guest experiences and handle VIP requests efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in concierge services or guest relations in a reputable hotel.
- Good knowledge of local attractions and hospitality services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.
