Job Title: Waiter

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Summary

• The Waiter will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining service by taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring guests have a pleasant experience.
• The role requires professionalism, speed, and strong attention to guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-arranged.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Ensure correct billing procedures and coordinate with cashier when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and comply with hygiene standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Waiter in a reputable hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Hospitality training or relevant certification is an added advantage.
