Amitouch Global Concepts Limited is a 360-degree marketing and Brand Communication Agency that specializes in Above the line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing communication such as; Strategy Development, Traditional and Digital Media, Experiential Marketing, (Consumer sampling, In-Store sampling, Trade Activations, Product Launches, Road Shows, Sales and Channel Development), Logistics, POSM materials, Event Organization and Management.

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Executive to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and act as a key point of contact between clients and the company.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor client accounts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates for clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client servicing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
