Job Summary
- The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to a senior executive. This role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Organize files, documents, and records
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration or related field
- 1–2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
