Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to a senior executive. This role requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Organize files, documents, and records
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Salary Range
