Amitouch Global Concepts Limited is a 360-degree marketing and Brand Communication Agency that specializes in Above the line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing communication such as; Strategy Development, Traditional and Digital Media, Experiential Marketing, (Consumer sampling, In-Store sampling, Trade Activations, Product Launches, Road Shows, Sales and Channel Development), Logistics, POSM materials, Event Organization and Management.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location:  Abuja (FCT) 

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to manage and oversee inventory operations.
  • The role involves monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with Event/Mediateams, and ensuring optimal stock availability to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  • Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for stock replenishment.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
  • Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and wastage.
  • Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete stock.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or storekeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
