Shulifang Biotechnology is a fast growing company situated in the Lekki free zone Lagos state. we are into the production of FMCG products such as Detergent, liquid soap, edible oil, PET bottles, face powder, perfumes, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Locations:
Onitsha - Anambra, Oshogbo - Osun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Drive product distribution, visibility, and market penetration
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and key markets.

Team Management:

  • Supervise Territory Sales Managers
  • Set performance targets and monitor execution
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.

Market Development:

  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
  • Ensure availability of products across markets in the region
  • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Track stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing structures
  • Manage regional sales budget and expenses.

Customer & Channel Management:

  • Resolve customer complaints and market issues quickly
  • Negotiate trade terms with distributors and major accounts
  • Ensure timely payments and debt recovery within the region.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Regional sales target achievement
  • Market expansion and outlet coverage
  • Team productivity and performance
  • Stock availability and turnover rate
  • Debt recovery and payment complian.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales management (FMCG experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills
  • Good negotiation and communication abilities
  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

Salary
N250,000 / month
