Job Title: Sales / Marketing Executive

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking enthusiastic, target-driven, and self-motivated individuals to join our growing sales team as Sales/Marketing Executives. Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling Stanbic IBTC Insurance products to prospective clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Actively market and sell Stanbic IBTC Insurance products to new and existing clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up meetings
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
• Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop effective sales strategies

Job Requirement/Skills

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or BSc in any field of study with 0 – 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of Lagos terrain and local business network is an advantage
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possession of a smartphone for business communications
