Job Title: Sales Representative (FMCG)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Representatives (Male & Female) with a strong FMCG background to join our growing team in Lagos State.
  • Candidates must reside in or very close to the Lekki axis (e.g., Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, Chevron, Victoria Island, Ikate, or nearby areas) to ensure effective territory coverage and prompt market response.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market coverage, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and open new retail accounts.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in outlets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
  • Execute promotional and trade marketing activities.
  • Manage daily route plans and sales reports.
  • Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups where necessary.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 1–3+ years proven sales experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Lagos market, especially Lekki and its environs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Route planning & territory management
  • Ability to meet targets and work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be resident in or very close to Lekki axis (compulsory).
  • Valid driver’s license (added advantage).
