Job Summary

• A Senior Civil Site Engineer (10+ years' experience) to oversee sand filling, perimeter containment, and ground stabilisation works for a residential development site in Ikoyi.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of sand filling process
• Oversight of sheet piling/containment structures
• Sand quality verification (grading, silt content)
• Compaction control
• Field testing coordination (FDT, CPT, plate load tests)
• Settlement and stability monitoring
• Contractor method review and work certification.

Requirements

• B.Eng. or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
• COREN registered (mandatory)
• 10+ years' experience in reclamation, marine works, or sand filling
• Strong knowledge of Lagos coastal soil conditions.
