We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: NYSC – Architectural Supervisor (Intern)

Location: Central Area, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Project Manager

Job Summary

  • The Architectural Supervisor (NYSC) will support the supervision of architectural works on project sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising architectural and finishing works on site.
  • Support the review and interpretation of architectural drawings.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and document observations.
  • Monitor quality of finishes (tiling, painting, plastering, fittings, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing site progress reports.
  • Liaise with contractors and artisans under supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Accuracy in site reporting.
  • Timely submission of inspection updates.
  • Quality compliance observations recorded.
  • Responsiveness to assigned tasks.
  • Learning and development progress during service year.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / HND in Architecture.
  • Currently serving (NYSC Corps Member).
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.

Core Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of architectural drawings and detailing.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to work in a team and on-site environment.
