Role Overview
- We are looking for a well-presented and organized Front Desk Officer who will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners.
- The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is well organized
- Provide administrative support to HR and management
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support internal communication and office coordination
- Assist in basic record-keeping and documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Office Administration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude
- Basic administrative and organizational skills.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
