Job Title: Security Officer

About the Role

• We are seeking highly experienced and disciplined Security Officers to join our team. Candidates must have a strong background in security operations with the ability to maintain safety, order, and vigilance within an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Protect company facilities, personnel, and assets.
• Conduct routine patrols and surveillance.
• Monitor entry/exit points and enforce access control.
• Detect, report, and respond to suspicious activities or security threats.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and safety measures.
• Support emergency response and coordinate with relevant authorities when required.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a security personnel.
• Added advantage:
  • Experience as a Security Officer in a manufacturing, industrial, or steel company.
  • Ex–Military or Ex–Paramilitary background (e.g., Army, Police, Civil Defence,etc.).
• Strong understanding of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Physically fit, alert, and able to work flexible shifts.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
