We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff on duty.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure proper cash handling and daily sales records.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• OND/NCE/HND/BSC in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) with a  2–3 years experience in a restaurant or hospitality role.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and customer service standards.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / Month
