We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Officer

Location: Oyigbo, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and processing of financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts payable/receivable.
• Record, reconcile, and track financial transactions, including donations, grants, contracts, and expenses.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure financial accounts balance.
• Prepare periodic financial reports (e.g., balance sheet, cash flow, profit and loss).
• Support budget preparation, expenditure tracking, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, donor requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of vouchers, receipts, payroll records, and other financial documents.
• Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, filing, meeting support, etc.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 per month.
