Job Title: Legal Manager

Overview
- We’re looking for an experienced Legal Managerwith top-tier law firm training and strong fintech or financial services exposure.
- This role will lead legal strategy, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance across all areas of the digital bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage legal operations across regulatory compliance, contracts, data protection, lending, and employment
- Oversee engagement with external counsel and regulatory bodies (CBN, NDIC, etc.)
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and product terms
- Advise on legal risk across all departments, particularly in growth and product.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- 8+ years of legal experience, including at a top 4 Nigerian law firm and preferably in-house within fintech or banking
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulation
- Clear communicator and business-minded legal advisor.
