Job Title: CCTV Monitoring Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-Time / Shift-Based

Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented CCTV Monitoring Officer to join our security team.
• The ideal candidate will monitor surveillance systems, identify suspicious activities, and ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV footage from multiple cameras and locations.
• Identify and report suspicious behavior or security breaches.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and daily activity reports.
• Respond promptly to alarms and coordinate with on-site security personnel or management.
• Review recorded footage when required for investigations.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical faults.
• Follow company security protocols and escalation procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of First Degree.
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of alertness.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of surveillance systems and security procedures.
• Strong observation and analytical skills.
• Ability to document incidents clearly and accurately.
