Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Identify new markets and customer segments.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns (online and offline).
• Manage brand positioning and corporate image.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Oversee digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, website, advertising).
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and product launches.
• Monitor marketing ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
