We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Marketing Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
• Identify and onboard corporate clients, partners, and bulk riders
• Design promotional materials and customer acquisition programs
• Support driver recruitment campaigns in collaboration with Operations
• Track campaign performance and optimize marketing spend
• Set KPIs and monitor team performance
• Prepare budgets and forecasts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Must have 3–5 years experience in sales and marketing (mobility/logistics/tech preferred)
• Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Salary Range
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
