• The Client Relations Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and supporting business growth through excellent service delivery.
• The role acts as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring positive customer experiences and long-term retention.
