We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Data:

• Maintain and update all SOPs, quality checklists, batch records, and delivery logs.
• Ensure 100% traceability, keeping digital and physical records organized for our R&D team.

Quality Checks:

• Inspect incoming, stored, and outgoing produce for freshness and grading.
• Record quality issues and escalate recurring problems to improve our processes.
• Enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Operations Support:

• Step in for team leads or supervisors when needed to keep operations running.
• Coordinate with drivers and field staff to avoid delays and prevent spoilage.
• Identify and report operational risks before they become losses.

Training & Improvement:

• Teach staff about our quality standards and the importance of data.
• Assist with special R&D projects and process improvements.
