Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Field Marketer with strong experience in FMCG sales, specifically in the Soap and Toothpaste segment.
• The ideal candidate must have an existing customer database and proven ability to grow market share, increase product visibility, and drive sales performance in assigned territories.
• This role requires a proactive professional who can execute marketing campaigns, build strong retail and distributor relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field marketing campaigns and product promotions across assigned territories.
• Drive sales growth and expand market share within the Soap & Toothpaste FMCG category.
• Leverage existing customer and distributor database to increase product penetration and visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Identify new market opportunities and onboard new customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights.
• Ensure optimal product placement, merchandising, and brand visibility at outlets.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets to qualify for performance incentives.
• Provide regular feedback and reports to the marketing and sales team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in FMCG sales (Mandatory) – particularly in Soap & Toothpaste products.
• Strong existing customer network within Abuja markets.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Abuja market trends and demographics is highly preferred.

Salary

• N150,000 - N200,000 / month + Sales Incentives.
