Job Description
- The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for driving lubricant sales growth within the assigned region by expanding market share, developing distributor and dealer networks, and managing key customer relationships.
- The role executes regional sales plans, conducts market intelligence, manages channel partners, ensures compliance with sales policies, and achieves monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business, or related field with a minimum of 5 years lubricants sales experience.
- Strong distributor and dealer management experience.
- Good negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
- Strong market intelligence and reporting capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
