We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Primary School Teacher

Locations: Rupokwu, Rumahoglu, Woji GRA and Artillery - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Head Teacher / School Administrator

Job Summary

• A Primary School Teacher is responsible for teaching pupils aged 6–11 years, helping them develop academically, socially, and morally.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson notes in line with the school curriculum.
• Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Basic Science, Social Studies, etc.
• Assess and record pupils' academic performance.
• Prepare and grade tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Maintain discipline and classroom control.
• Identify pupils with learning difficulties and provide support.
• Participate in school meetings, events, and extracurricular activities.
• Communicate with parents regarding pupils’ progress.
• Ensure safeguarding and child protection policies are followed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of NCE / B.Ed / B.Sc + PGDE.
• TRCN registration (added advantage).
• At least 1–2 years teaching experience (preferred).
• Strong subject knowledge.
• Good classroom management skills.
• Ability to use basic ICT tools (computer, projector).

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
