Job Title: Technical Operations Lead

About the job
- We are hiring a Technical Operations Lead to take ownership of the operational engine of our digital agency.
- This is not an assistant role.
- This is not a task-following role.
- This is a leadership role for someone who sees gaps before others do and fixes them.
- We are a growing web and digital agency and we need someone who can step in, understand moving parts quickly, and create clarity, accountability, and execution.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Owning internal operations across projects, tech, and delivery
- Ensuring developers, designers, and account managers are aligned
- Following up on tasks aggressively but professionally
- Spotting inefficiencies and restructuring workflows
- Creating and enforcing SOPs
- Ensuring projects move from onboarding → execution → delivery smoothly
- Identifying bottlenecks before they become crises
- Tracking deadlines, renewals, integrations, and technical dependencies
- Improving systems continuously.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years in technical operations, agency operations, or digital project management
- Proven experience leading technical teams
- Strong understanding of digital workflows.

- Understands WordPress, hosting, domains, CRMs, integrations (even if not coding)
