Job Title: Tendering / Proposal Officer
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary
- We are currently seeking to recruit top-tier, high- performing professionals to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support Tender Supervisor in full preparation & compilation of bids
- Carry out a detailed review & compilation of all tender documents
- Responsible for commercial bid consolidation
- Maintain a strict electronic & physical tender document control system
- Ensure timely submission and proper archiving of all quotations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc in relevant discipline
- Minimum 8 years cognate experience in tendering/proposal / commercial department of Oil & Gas/construction company
- Must be extremely meticulous, organized, and have an eagle eye for details
- Very strong MS Office (especially advanced Excel) & document management skills.
