Job Title: Dispensary Supervisor

Location: Calabar, Cross River

Job Summary

•  The role supports smooth production flow through effective coordination with Quality and Warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dispensing activities, including weighing and issuance of materials
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety requirements
• Verify dispensing records, batch documentation, and material traceability
• Maintain cleanliness, environmental controls, and safety within the dispensary
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability
• Train and supervise dispensary staff on procedures and documentation practices
• Ensure that weighing balances and dispensing equipment are calibrated and compliant
• Support audits, inspections, and inventory accuracy

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or dispensary operations
• Strong knowledge of GMP and documentation standards
• Good supervisory, organizational, and communication skills.
