Role Summary

• We invite applications for the position of Head of Operations to provide strategic leadership and management for our nationwide security operations from our Abuja headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Exercise strategic oversight and direct management of all security operations across the national branch network.
• Drive the achievement of key departmental performance indicators and strategic objectives.
• Implement, standardize, and enforce operational protocols and procedures across all locations.
• Manage the national supply chain for uniforms, operational equipment, and fleet logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance inter-branch coordination and communication.
• Function as the primary point of escalation for critical incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree or professional certification in Security or Risk Management is advantageous.
• A minimum of five (5) years in security operations, including three (3) years in a senior role with responsibility for multiple locations.
• Proven expertise in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and achieving measurable performance targets.
• Exceptional leadership, crisis management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to undertake regular nationwide travel.
• Retired senior military or police officers with command experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should be within the age range of 30 to 45 years.
