Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the sales and operations team with customer-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
• 0–3years’ experience in customer service or related role.
• NYSC members can apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear diction and eloquence are essential.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
• Must possess good typing skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & internet usage).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Good telephone etiquette.
• Ability to handle difficult customers with patience.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
