Job Title: Experienced Company Secretary

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Renewable Energy Sales & Services
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Availability: Immediate Resumption

About the Role

  • As the Company Secretary, you will be the first point of contact for our walk-in clients, corporate partners, and service technicians. You will manage the daily administrative operations of the office, ensure inquiries are handled professionally, and provide vital support to the sales and technical teams so they can focus on closing deals and completing installations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and assist walk-in clients, vendors, and partners with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Customer Communication: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries. Provide basic product information and route technical or sales queries to the appropriate departments.
  • Administrative Support: Draft letters, memos, and invoices. Maintain an organized filing system for client contracts, warranties, and service schedules.
  • Sales & Service Coordination: Assist the sales team in logging new leads and help the technical team schedule installation and maintenance appointments.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the reception and general office areas are clean, professional, and well-stocked with necessary office supplies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of HND or BSc in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Secretary, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Experience in the energy, tech, or sales sector is a strong advantage.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using email and basic CRM tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English. You must be able to communicate clearly and politely with a diverse range of clients.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proximity: Due to the 6-day work week and working hours, candidates residing in or very close to Ikeja are strongly preferred.
