Job Title: Reconciliation Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Reconciliation Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial transactions by reconciling sales, bank statements, POS reports, and internal financial records across multiple outlets.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of sales reports, POS transactions, and bank statements
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in revenue, payments, and cash handling records
• Prepare periodic reconciliation reports and escalate unresolved variances to management
• Coordinate with outlet managers and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting
• Maintain proper documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in reconciliation, accounting, or finance operations (QSR or retail experience is an advantage)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
