  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic sales plans within assigned territories to maximize outreach and revenue growth.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate terms with clients effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and promotional activities that boost lead generation and brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer needs, and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to conduct product demos confidently and handle technical sales discussions effectively.
  • Experience in retail sales, inside sales, or management roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, or other proactive methods.
