The Role

• We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing, brand, and business development across our luxury, mid-market, and affordable housing portfolio.
• This role is critical to driving growth, revenue diversification, and market expansion.

What you’ll do

• Develop & execute marketing and business strategies aligned with revenue and growth goals
• Drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue diversification
• Lead brand positioning and digital transformation initiatives
• Build strategic partnerships with investors, DFIs, and international real estate partners
• Innovate property marketing with AR tools, virtual tours, and digital engagement
• Oversee events, launches, thought leadership, and integrated communications
• Lead high-performing marketing & business development teams

What we’re looking for

• 12+ years in marketing, business development, or commercial leadership
• Minimum 5 years in senior/executive marketing roles (real estate, construction, or investment-driven sectors preferred)
• Proven track record in revenue growth, brand expansion, market penetration, and investor engagement
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, analytics, and growth strategies.
