Job Title: Channel Manager

Location: Lagos

Reports To: Divisional CEO

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Channel Manager to lead sales and marketing activities for X-iCE products including laptops, projectors, solar systems, streetlights, access points, and networking cables.
  • The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, manage channel partners, oversee marketing initiatives, and ensure achievement of sales targets across multiple distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies
  • Identify market opportunities and growth areas
  • Drive achievement of revenue and sales targets
  • Lead successful bid submissions and business development initiatives

Channel & Partner Management:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners
  • Serve as the primary contact for distributors and partners
  • Provide training, support, and resources to improve partner performance
  • Resolve partner issues and strengthen collaboration

Marketing & Campaign Execution:

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with partners
  • Ensure marketing activities align with sales objectives

Performance Management & Reporting:

  • Track KPIs including revenue, market share, and partner performance
  • Analyze sales data and recommend improvements
  • Optimize channel programs to improve profitability

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong negotiation and partner management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Tech-savvy and performance-driven.
