We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Radiographer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Radiographer will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and producing high-quality images to support accurate medical diagnosis.
  • This is a high-expectation environment.
  • We are not hiring for routine employment. We are building a performance culture from day one.
  • As part of our launch, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiographer to join our diagnostic imaging team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, ultrasound, and other radiographic examinations
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain processes clearly
  • Ensure proper positioning of patients to obtain accurate diagnostic images
  • Operate and maintain radiographic equipment safely and effectively
  • Ensure radiation safety standards are strictly followed
  • Review images for quality and clarity before submission to physicians
  • Maintain accurate patient and imaging records
  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of imaging equipment
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals in patient management.

Requirements and Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Radiography or Medical Imaging
  • Valid practicing license
  • Minimum of 1–3 years post-qualification experience
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of radiation safety standards
  • Good communication and patient care skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a hospital diagnostic center
  • Familiarity with digital imaging systems
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends if required.
