We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis (budget vs. actual).
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend improvement strategies.
• Support long-term financial planning and investment decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support statutory audit processes and external reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance.
• Provide financial insights to department heads and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualification: ICAN or ACCA (mandatory).
• 5-7 years relevant experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
