Job Summary

- We are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Matron to lead and oversee nursing operations across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all nursing activities across hospital departments
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered nursing care
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor nursing staff performance and conduct regular evaluations
- Coordinate staff scheduling, deployment, and shift management
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations
- Support recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff
- Collaborate with doctors, administrators, and other healthcare professionals
- Address patient care concerns and ensure patient satisfaction
- Maintain proper documentation and nursing records
Requirements and Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) qualification
- Valid practicing license
- Minimum of 5–8 years post-qualification experience, with leadership experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent clinical knowledge and patient care expertise
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience as a Matron, Chief Nursing Officer, or Nursing Supervisor
- Experience in hospital administration and nursing management.
