Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, meetings, and site visits.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Sales Execution & Target Achievement;
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
- Close sales and ensure timely order processing.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer requirements.
- Participate in sales planning and strategy development.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, procurement, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM systems with accurate customer information.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in sales (industrial, B2B, construction, MEP, or technical sales preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
