Overview

• We are currently seeking a highly competent and result-driven Hospital Manager to oversee and coordinate the overall operations of the hospital.
• This is a high-expectation environment.

Job Summary

• The Hospital Manager will be responsible for supervising daily hospital activities, ensuring operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, maintaining quality standards, and supporting strategic expansion.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, business acumen, and healthcare management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of clinical and non-clinical departments
• Ensure efficient coordination between medical, administrative, and support teams
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery
• Monitor hospital performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety, and quality standards
• Supervise staff performance and support departmental heads
• Drive patient satisfaction and service excellence initiatives
• Identify business growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Report operational performance to executive leadership

Requirements and Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Management, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years management experience in a hospital or healthcare facility
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams and handle high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Health or Business Administration
• Experience managing private hospital operations
• Strong financial and strategic planning skills.
