Job Summary
- Sales and Business Development Officer for a cleaning, fumigation, and epoxy company is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new commercial and residential contracts, building strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships.
- This role involves selling specialized services, including facility cleaning, pest control, and durable epoxy flooring, often through targeted B2B, B2C, or property management channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Lead Generation.
- Sales & Proposal Management
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Cultivate.
- Market Research & Strategy.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience (2–5 years) in B2B sales, preferably within facilities management, hygiene, or construction-related industries.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Driver's License: Ability to travel for site inspections.
