Job Title: Financial Controller

Location: Marina, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Financial Controller, you will oversee the entire finance function of the company, including financial operations, reporting, treasury management, and strategic financial planning.
• You will provide executive leadership with data-driven insights, support capital raising initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while positioning the organization for sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models, business valuations, and scenario analyses
• Manage funding strategies, capital allocation, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
• Ensure statutory compliance, tax obligations, and financial governance frameworks
• Provide strategic financial advisory support to executive management and the Board

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 8–15+ years’ experience in finance, audit, or senior financial leadership roles
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or CIMA) is mandatory
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and analytical tools (Power BI, Power Query, VBA preferred)
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary
NGN 1,000,000 – 1,500,000 Monthly.
